We are a lace manufacturer and dyeing service provider based in Fuzhou City, Fujian, the PRC. Our history can be traced back to 2002, when our founders established Fujian Deyun Technology Co., Ltd. We are primarily engaged in manufacturing and sales of lace to our customers to produce branded lingerie products. With our experienced research and development team, we offer a wide portfolio of lace design for our customers to choose or tailor-made our lace products according to their specifications, such as design, length, width, threads density count and texture. For our dyeing services, our customers are mainly lace and swim wear manufacturers who would provide us with their own lace and swim wear fabrics for us to dye before further fabrication. Depending on the need of our customers, we would both manufacture lace as well as provide dyeing services to provide one-stop services to our customers. With an operating subsidiary with a registered capital of RMB 98.67 million, more than 500 employees, a self-owned production factory with gross floor size of approximately 62,000 square meters, over 40 invention or utility model patents and independent import and export right, we have now developed into a sizeable modern science and technology enterprise. We adhere to the modern management philosophy, attach great value to product research and development capability, set up a special enterprise technology center, and insist on independent design and development. We are named “Provincial Level Enterprise Technology Centre” and “High and New Technology Enterprise”. Our “Xingsheng” branded products are accredited as “Fujian Famous Product”, “Fujian Famous Trade Mark” and “Fuzhou Famous Trade Mark”. We fully adopted the CIS visual identification system, and introduced more than 40 most advanced German digital lace machines. We are also equipped with more than 80 dyeing machines from Hong Kong Fong’s and Taiwan, and 12 sets of Stenter setting machines from Taiwan and Germany, attaining an annual lace weaving production capacity of over 800 tons and annual lace dyeing production capacity of over 12,000 tons. At the same time, we also take social responsibility as our own responsibility. Over the years, we have invested heavily in the treatment of gas air pollutants and sewage, and has always satisfied the national environmental protection standards. We are thus the pioneers in the dyeing and finishing industry of Changle city, and have won the title of Advanced Enterprise for the reduction of total pollutants in Fuzhou city.
